Skip & Tom

Tom

Blue Spring Water - A two-piece band that played 50's, 60's, 70's & a bit of the 80's Rock & Roll, as well as some country and a few of the old standards from the 40's.

We played the Northwest at such places as: The Ridpath Hotel, Spokane Inn at the Park, The Sheraton Hotel & The Coeur d' Lane Hotel. We also played the "Mish-an-Nock" and the other riverboats on Coeur d' Lane Lake. We were known all over Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho.

We mixed it up with different types of music, but our hearts belonged to 50's & 60's Rock. We loved it in the 80's when "The Stray Cats" came out and Tom got to really show off his lead abilities playing their music. It was fun to be in a band that, in the same set, would play songs from "Cab Driver" to "Purple Haze". We also traveled with a magic show called "Illusion" for awhile, bringing the combination of music and magic to several houses.

Special thanks go to our agent, the late Mr. Billy Tipton of the Sobal Agency. No kinder man could be found in the biz.
