The Hatchcover Tavern, was owned by Bill Doner who also owned Seattle International Raceway Park along with his partner Jerry the King Ruth a World Champion Race car Driver in the ¼ mile with his Full Blown Nitro Dragster & Funny Cars.

We changed the name to The AD LIB EAST, around 1977 which was located on the Bellevue Redmond Rd in Bellevue, where we provided the best in top name Show R&R throughout the Northwest.

Bill Doner threw in the Beer Concession at S.I.R.P. as a bonus which we operated also.
