This 1958-59 band was my first and we won the ACTH Search for Talent contest.. .big news... girls screaming and all that  I knew right there what I wanted to do with my life.  We did some Elvis songs and the place went nuts.

Though not what we normally define as a PNW/PNE band, I made an exception as this was Jim Cole's very first band.  Jim later went on to perform in numerous British Columbia bands.
