The original members who started the MODS were Ron Dyer and Jerry Matheson.  Before I joined the band they were together for about two years.  Dan Yard joined the band before me, and then I joined, and John Murray joined after me.

We changed our name to the UNFORSCENE which was the band that got the LA recording contract.  Our song These Are the Words did make it to #1 on the Canadian charts.

The members in the train picture are from left to right: (Ron Dyer drums) - (Dan Yard lead vocals and guitar) - (John Murray  lead guitar) - (Des Bosa keyboard). We all participated in harmony vocals.

The Mods got a recording contract in LA and changed the name to The Unforscene. They recorded the single "These are the words".  This Canadian band had a British flavour with a lot of concentration on full Harmony.
