The band Weather that I remember was lead by guitarist John Murray, formerly of the much loved Papa Bears Medicine Show. They had a house gig at the Wooden Barrel, a club in Burnaby near the intersection of Kingsway and Edmonds. They were formed around 1970, and were known then as a group capable of playing the Beatles Abbey Road songs almost perfectly. I don't know if the group pictured here is the same or not as I lost contact when I went on the road soon after.
