In Memory of

Clair Bruce
Haskell "Cool Papa" Sadler

We played at the old Palm Gardens on SE Powell in Portland, then went up through Canada, BC. and the then to Alaska.

Clair left the band in Ketchikan, and Gordon left when we returned to Portland. Pop, Zak and I went to San Francisco, were we played in Berkeley and San Rafael at Ruthies. I then left to go back to school in the winter.

Pop stayed in the Bay area and established himself as a icon. He has several sites on the web with his music.  Pop  passed away in '93. He was diabetic so he always had needles with him. People got the wrong idea about this, especially the border guards when we went to Canada. They held us and made me disassemble everything since I was the only one who brought tools.

This was my very first band and Pop had already played with people like Lowell Folsom.
