I've been looking for any information on one of my favorite bands in Portland in 1977 -  Ela.  They were like Upepo but I liked them better.

They played a lot of early Chick Corea/Return To Forever.  The first version was with Flora on vocals and Joe Farrell on reeds and flute. They had a piano player named David Leslie.   Everybody in the band was great.  I can't find a thing on the internet anywhere!
