We finished 3rd in the 1966 Teen Fair "Battle of the Bands" behind Jack Horner and the Plumbs. Our Bass player Jeff was in a motorcycle accident on the way to the final playoffs, so Carl and I had to switch off playing bass, otherwise I think we would have won the contest, really, honest.
