The band started when a group of old friends from Seattle moved to Port Ludlow, WA. to team up with Gregg, who lived near by in the Quilcene area.  “Mad Mountain Dean” started rehearsing and gigging right away.

They were a two guitar and keyboard band. They had strong four-part harmonies.  The group played a mix of original songs and covers.  They played mostly clubs and were a dance band.  The group played and traveled throughout Washington and Idaho.

Too much road time wore them out and they disbanded in late ‘74.
