The Mark Glenn and the Young Sisters was Mark McGlenn on guitar and vocals, Cindy Young on guitar and vocals, Jenni Young on fiddle and vocals, Tom Bruns on drums and vocals, and Dave Perkins on bass and vocals. They were later joined by Brian Clarke on drums from 1977 until 1980. We even backed up Jack Ross doing his Dialysis Classic golf tournament throughout Nevada and Hawaii.Mark Glenn and the Young Sisters ended up doing a sit down job for two years at the Flower Drum in Portland from 1977 to 1980.
Dave Perkins, April 2012
We ended up staying in Portland for two and a half years playing at The Flower Drum, and travelling with Jack Ross ocassionally, playing for his charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Jackpot, Nev. and Maui, Hawaii.

This photo of Mark Glen and The Young Sisters was taken by a "fan" in Colorado Springs in about 1975. I always felt bad for Larry Merrit because he hit his shoulder on the wing of the plane and was hidden from view in the photo.
Left to Right: Dave Perkins, Jenni Young, Mark McGlenn, Cindi Young. Rear is Brian Clarke and Larry Merrit.
