In the late 1980's Neil James Harnett signed with Penta Records and released an album called "At Times Like These".  He was nominated for a Juno Award for Most Promising Male Vocalist.  In the early 1990s he released a second CD, "Rubber Room Day" on his own private label and made two videos that was played on one of the Canadian music channels.
