Formed at about the same time that the Pioneer Square blues scene was about to explode, all of the members of this unruly Seattle-based blues outfit went on to successful careers in blues poverty, except Nick Morrison, who quit playing and went on to become DJ/Program Director at KPLU-FM.  If you were hanging around The Pioneer Square Tavern back then, you probably heard these guys... Raw, "in your face", blues.

After The Slackmasters broke up, Tom Brimm moved back to Spokane, WA, and hooked up with Tim Langford to start Too Slim & the Taildraggers.  Tom is not currently with the band.
