I played with the Castlemen in 1962-1963 and one gig in 1965. The band was Jim Ross on lead guitar, Dick Malmgren on drums, Dick Trowbridge on bass and me on tenor sax & vocals.  We were called the Castlemen because all of us, except Dick Malmgren, went to Tacoma's Stadium High School, better known as "The Castle".

I am currently the host and producer of the "Vintage Vehicle Show', an automotive topic TV show seen on 47 stations in the U.S. The show has been broadcast weekly since 1993 and airs here on KWPX 3/33 on Thursday afternoons at 5:30 and also anytime on Comcast's On Demand.

In 1963, Dave Cozine & Bill Hoskins joined the Castlemen and the name changed  to LJ & the Castlemen. L & J were the singers Bob Lowery & Genie Romano, Bob Sorenson on Bass, and Jim Ross on Guitar.
