Redline evolved from the Nitemates reunion performance at the West Seattle (WS) High 65' 20th Reunion. The band played clubs and special events throughout the Puget Sound region, including a 91' July 4th Concert at Wild Waves with BTO.  Among the many Puget Sound region clubs that Redline performed at included the Orient Express, Hunan Chef, Double Tree-South Center, Tony Go's, Laplaya, The Detour, Marlene's Galaxy, Rocker Bar & Grill, and the Ad Lib.

In subsequent WS 65' reunions, Redline, in their Nitemates alter ego, brought back early Mates' including  drummer Rich Lohrman and guitarist Gary Carkonen. Another early Mate' was Jim Brinson on vocals and trumpet. All original members were WS grads.

Mike McElhoe, October 2002 (Updated November 2002, 6 June 2003)

REDLINE performed as the headliner for the annual Carnation 4th of July Celebration on a beautiful evening At Tolt-McDonald Park on the Snoqualmie River;  with a great crowd of campers & music fans.

REDLINE headlined the Carnation 4th concert for the 2nd year in a row in 2012; photos already posted on our page.

Also, in September, REDLINE performed at the annual Portland, OR Jam-o-Rama, featuring many NW 60’s  bands.  We look forward to another great summer of rock and roll in 2013.
