Redline evolved from the Nitemates reunion performance at the West Seattle (WS) High 65' 20th Reunion. The band played clubs and special events throughout the Puget Sound region, including a 91' July 4th Concert at Wild Waves with BTO. Among the many Puget Sound region clubs that Redline performed at included the Orient Express, Hunan Chef, Double Tree-South Center, Tony Go's, Laplaya, The Detour, Marlene's Galaxy, Rocker Bar & Grill, and the Ad Lib.In subsequent WS 65' reunions, Redline, in their Nitemates alter ego, brought back early Mates' including drummer Rich Lohrman and guitarist Gary Carkonen. Another early Mate' was Jim Brinson on vocals and trumpet. All original members were WS grads.
