Jim Lund and I were recruited the summer of 1966 from a group called “The Strawberry Report”.   Ron and Florin came to see us playing with the Quints one night at the “Headless Horseman” and liked what they saw and offered asked us to join the group due to the fact that they were loosing their lead guitar player and drummer shortly.
