The Steamers billed themselves as the South Sounds "all-purpose blues band...  weddings, bar mitzvahs, funerals, etc."   They really only had one purpose,  play hard and have fun.  They were extremely popular in the South Puget Sound bar circuit.  They labored over a cd for almost the entire time they were together and when it was completed, promptly broke up...ahhhhhh the music business.  They still do an occasional reunion show and cd's are available.
