This group, came together too participate in a northwest battle of the bands.  Put on by American Music here in Seattle.  The battle, took place at the Iguana Rockin' Cantina on pier 70.
The Blenders, were just a few of the last bands in the northwest to play Inguana Cantina, which saw many northwest bands grace its stage before it was closed the following year.  The filming of MTV's "The Real World" in 1998 delayed the planned remodel.

Though each member was a musician in their own right. Like many other bands, creative differences would seperate the Blenders.
